Isaiah teaches us that the Word coming out of God’s mouth (also my mouths) will not return void. It accomplishes what it was sent to do. The Word of God is seed, and when I release it in the earth, it is watered and I will see good results.

Hi Everyone

Over the last 10 years or so I really can’t remember when I started. I started to read Joyce Meyer books and many other authors to teach myself to live a better Christian life and to learn strategies to cope with what life throws at us.

I wanted to share with you my personal list of Christian books that I have read over the years and found the information to be extremely valuable. I will list them here with a brief blurb about them. Each week I plan to share with you a more detailed post about my experiences I have learnt from each of the books.

I have these books and many more constantly on my desk so when I spend time with God I can look up a section in one book in relation to a situation I’m going though and study what it says and apply it to my life.

 

Put on the Armour of God

You know the best way to keep yourself free from satan’s fiery darts is to daily put on the Armour of God. These weapon are here for us to use and to keep yourself strong and spiritually fit and healthy.

I want to encourage you to say these words daily before you get up out of bed, this is what I do and have memorised it, or something very similar to these verses. The best part is to put it on when you are getting dressed putting on each section of clothing represents a spiritual aspect of God’s power that he wants to give to you.

Speak these words over yourself and our loved ones Daily.
